About the position

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you support the Quality, Compliance & Management Systems team with a variety of operational tasks. We use ProductIP, a browser-based platform for compliance management, which enables us to create technical product files, select relevant regulatory requirements, and ensure our products comply with applicable legislation and standards.

With a product portfolio of over 12,000 products, maintaining compliance is a significant responsibility. That's why we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to support our daily operations within ProductIP.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the maintenance and updating of data in ProductIP
  • Creating technical product files
  • Requesting information and documentation from suppliers
  • Following up on technical product files and outstanding actions
  • Reviewing and verifying product documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Checking physical products for compliance with product regulations
  • Managing the internal ticketing system for compliance requests
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange

In this role, you will play an important part in helping ensure that our products meet all relevant quality and compliance requirements.

About you

You work accurately and independently, with a keen eye for detail and quality. In addition, you bring the following qualities:

  • You have an interest in quality assurance and product compliance;
  • You are detail-oriented, precise, and analytical;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • You have a process-driven mindset;
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and automation;
  • You actively contribute ideas for improving efficiency and ways of working;
  • You are willing to work primarily from our office in Veendam.

Do you bring the following to our company?

We believe you will be successful in this role if you:
  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
  • Preferably have experience and/or knowledge of Product Compliance and quality management;
  • Have experience working with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Possess a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • A temporary contract for 32-40 hours per week (to be agreed upon);
